– Mary Ann Holm, Manager of Clinical Services, The National MS Society (Southern California/Nevada Chapter)"Hillcrest currently serves 40 residents with Multiple Sclerosis. It is such a value to the MS community to have a facility able to meet the needs of individuals generally younger than the average age of residents at skilled nursing facilities. These residents have created a community for themselves where they can engage in conversation and participate in activities more age appropriate and meaningful. Having a high volume of residents with MS at one facility has made it possible for the MS Society to lend our staff time on-site, as well as financial support through grant funding for a variety of programs to further enhance their quality of life in a nursing facility. The administrator and staff at Hillcrest are proactive and dedicated to ensuring a high quality of care for their residents and continue to expand their knowledge and expertise in serving people with MS.”
